How we measure women's health & rights
The GRP (group rights) category in the Citizen Lab test list covers domains for reproductive health, women's rights, LGBT advocacy, and human-rights organizations. Network blocking of these resources cuts off access to medical information, legal aid, and community support — often during periods of political crackdown.
Voidly correlates network-level measurements (DNS, TCP, TLS, HTTP) from OONI, CensoredPlanet, IODA, and our own probe network. Each blocked domain is mapped to a Citizen Lab test-list category, and the topic API filters those measurements to category GRP.
Scoring: within a topic, a country's score is a percentile against the worst country in the same category — so the top-ranked country always scores 100. This avoids cross-topic distortions. Full methodology →
