How topic filtering works

Voidly aggregates network measurements (DNS, TCP, TLS, HTTP) from OONI, CensoredPlanet, IODA, and our own probe network. Every blocked domain is mapped to a Citizen Lab test-list category. The topic API filters those measurements down to a single category, then ranks countries by total blocking volume in that category.
