1. acceptance_of_terms

By accessing and using Voidly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. service_description

Voidly provides a decentralized VPN service with AI-powered routing for censorship evasion. The Service includes both free and paid tiers with varying features and data limits.

3. user_accounts

You may create an account using email/password, wallet authentication (Web3), or OAuth providers (Google, Twitter). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. acceptable_use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Engage in illegal file sharing or copyright infringement
  • Conduct DDoS attacks or network abuse
  • Spam, phish, or distribute malware
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. research_contribution_model

Voidly operates as a censorship research project. All tools are accessible without payment. By using the Service, you agree to contribute anonymous performance metrics that train our AI to defeat censorship.

6. data_contribution

We collect anonymous connection metrics: success/failure rates, node performance, and censorship events. We never collect browsing history, DNS queries, or personally identifiable information.

7. open_source_license

The Service is open source (MIT license). You may fork, audit, and self-host the code. See our GitHub repository for details.

8. privacy_and_data

We do not log your browsing activity or connection timestamps. We only collect anonymized usage statistics and account information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. service_availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Node availability may vary based on network conditions and maintenance.

10. termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse of the Service.

11. limitation_of_liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Voidly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

12. sms_notifications

Voidly may send SMS notifications to phone numbers you provide when sending encrypted messages. By providing a phone number as a message recipient:

  • You confirm you have obtained consent from the recipient to send them SMS notifications
  • You agree to comply with all applicable SMS and telecommunications regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
  • SMS notifications contain only secure links to view encrypted content - no message content is transmitted via SMS
  • Standard SMS rates may apply for recipients
  • Recipients can stop receiving messages by not providing their phone number to senders
  • Voidly is not responsible for misuse of the SMS notification feature

13. changes_to_terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
