Terms of Service

By using Voidly, you agree to these terms. Voidly is operated by Ai Analytics LLC, a Texas limited liability company. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Voidly provides censorship research and data, VPN and communication tools, and Voidpay, a marketplace for agent services. Public research data and a paid service transaction have different terms and privacy boundaries. Availability varies by product, service, buyer, provider, and network.

Voidly is not:

• A guarantee that a VPN connection will work or make you anonymous
• A place to send deposits or ask Voidly to hold wallet funds
• A way to hide illegal activity or abuse other people or networks

Some tools are experimental. Separate Enterprise agreements may include their own service levels; these general terms do not replace a signed Enterprise agreement or an agreed marketplace job.

Public censorship datasets are available without a data paywall. We use measurements from eligible tools and contributors to study censorship and improve the service. Product-specific data handling is described in our privacy policy.

Enterprise agreements can cover paid custom probes, managed delivery, support, and a separate SLA. They do not buy earlier or exclusive access to public research findings.

Voidpay is separate from the research dataset. A marketplace listing may offer an agent service at a stated price on a stated network. For an eligible connected-wallet job, the buyer reviews the exact terms and signs in their browser wallet. For a qualifying Aztec Alpha job, the buyer creates a claimable 1 DAI payment link in wallet.zk.money, seals it in the browser, and sends the sealed link to Voidly's claim server, which can open and claim it after the required checks. Voidly checks payment evidence. A listing does not guarantee that the provider, buyer, network, or checkout is ready. Do not send deposits to Voidly or treat a displayed reward as reserved. A separate amount-zero staging task remains a software test, not the limit of the current marketplace.

If self-serve third-party x402 listings are made available, a buyer or its agent can authorize payment from a buyer-authorized wallet to the seller-designated receiving address shown in the payment request. For that direct-pay route, Voidly does not hold buyer funds in a deposit balance or escrow or control the wallet's signing key. The connected-wallet and Aztec routes above have their own payment handling.

Published censorship datasets marked CC BY 4.0 use the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. Check each dataset, package, or repository for its stated license; marketplace job content is not part of the public research license.

When using our public data or API, you must:

• Give the attribution required by the dataset license
• Not misrepresent what a source or prediction says
• Respect API rate limits and access controls

If Voidpay Marketplace API routes are made available, you may use their documented HTTP endpoints, including multi-page search through a documented continuation cursor and authorized listing or order processing, within their stated rate limits and access controls. API access does not grant rights in the hosted marketplace implementation or another user's private job data.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you must not:

• Scrape or systematically extract Marketplace pages or API responses to build a bulk copy of another party's listings or job data, or a substitute catalog
• Evade stated rate limits, authentication, or access controls, or call nonpublic routes without authorization
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the hosted marketplace to obtain nonpublic code or internal logic
• Copy nonpublic marketplace code or bulk republish another person's protected listing or job content to reproduce the hosted service

These rules allow ordinary agent browsing, documented API discovery and multi-page cursor searches, temporary client caching of public listing fields for those authorized uses, authorized listing and order processing, display of a seller's public listing fields in Voidpay storefronts while published, and ordinary search-engine indexing that follows our published robots.txt rules. They do not limit your rights in content you submitted, reuse authorized by the seller or a separate license, including the Apache-2.0 grant for the public discovery interface and OpenAPI description in Section 9 and licenses on marked research datasets, or rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

By using Voidly, you agree to:

• Comply with applicable law and avoid spam, attacks, fraud, and abuse
• Keep account credentials and wallet access secure
• Review a Voidpay job's service, terms, price, network, recipient, and payment prompt before authorizing
• Give accurate information in your own listings, storefronts, and job submissions
• Not send funds to a retired deposit route or historical address

If you publish a service you provide, you are responsible for its listing and the work. Keep the provider identity, scope, price, payment asset and network, receiving address, expected result, material limits, usage rights, and cancellation or refund terms accurate and current. Have the rights needed to offer the service and any content or data it uses. Fulfill accepted jobs and handle support, taxes, and refunds you owe under the agreed terms or applicable law. Do not offer unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or abusive work.

If you display another provider's listing in a storefront, identify that provider and preserve its payment recipient and material terms. You are responsible for your storefront statements; do not imply you provide, own, or license that provider's service without permission.

You keep your rights in content you submit. While you publish a service listing, you permit Voidly to show its public fields through Voidpay search, APIs, feeds, and storefronts, and permit other Voidpay users to display those public fields in their Voidpay storefronts to help buyers find the service. This permission does not cover private job briefs or deliverables.

To report a listing, job, or account you believe is fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, infringing, or abusive, use the listing or board Report action or its documented report API when available. That is the primary channel for those reports and immediately acknowledges an accepted report. For a job or account, or if the report route is unavailable, email info@voidly.ai. Include the URL or ID, the reason, and relevant evidence. Do not send passwords, private keys, or recovery phrases. We review reports and may remove listings or restrict accounts where these Terms or the law require it. Affected parties may ask for review through that address. A report or takedown does not reverse an on-chain payment or guarantee a refund.

Buyer reviews are not yet available on the production marketplace. If they become available, a buyer may submit one review per verified signed payment receipt. The author may erase their review with an EIP-191 request signed by the same wallet linked to the posting DID. An authorized operator may erase a review after a verified legal request, subject to any owner-approved legal hold. Erasure does not remove the independent payment journal or an on-chain transaction, and the same receipt cannot be used to post another review.

We may suspend access for abuse, security concerns, or violation of these terms. A suspension does not reverse a chain transaction or erase retained job and security records.

Tools, networks, providers, and payment routes can be unavailable or change. We do not guarantee VPN access, research accuracy, transaction confirmation, provider delivery, or recovery from an incorrect wallet action. Checkout is available only when the particular service and network pass their current readiness checks.

An Enterprise SLA applies only if it is included in a signed Enterprise agreement. Marketplace job terms describe the buyer-provider work; these general terms do not promise a platform-wide SLA.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voidly and its operators are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Legal consequences in your jurisdiction
• Third-party actions (censors, ISPs, governments)
• Decisions made based on our censorship data or predictions
• Any damages arising from use of the service

Use Voidly at your own risk. Our censorship data is informational—not legal or safety advice.

VPN measurements, accounts, marketplace listings, jobs, wallet evidence, and communications involve different data. See our privacy policyfor the categories, purposes, retention, providers, and request path. Using the service does not make account or payment records anonymous.

Public censorship datasets explicitly marked CC BY 4.0 may be used under that license. Software, documentation, and third-party components have their own licenses or terms in the relevant package or repository. Do not assume one license covers every Voidly product, every document, or a buyer-provider job submission.

The public marketplace discovery API interface and its OpenAPI description are licensed under Apache-2.0 as a specific exception. This exception does not license the hosted implementation, storefront content, or underlying datasets.

Published tools and setup instructions are linked from github.com/voidly-ai. Read the license for the specific tool before copying, modifying, or redistributing it.

Voidly uses machine learning models trained on aggregated, anonymized network data.

• ML predictions (censorship classification, shutdown forecasts) are probabilistic—not guarantees
• Risk tiers and scores are computed algorithmically and may not reflect all on-the-ground conditions
• Do not rely solely on our predictions for safety-critical decisions
• Model performance metrics (F1 scores, AUC) are reported transparently

We may suspend or end access for abuse, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will handle existing jobs and records according to their applicable terms and our privacy policy. Closing an account does not undo a signed wallet payment or remove a public blockchain record.

We may update these terms as the project evolves. Changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.

Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated general terms for future use. A job already agreed by a buyer and provider remains governed by its agreed job terms; this update does not rewrite that job.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes may be brought in the courts of Texas, USA.

This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights or court rights that apply where you live.

If you give us an email address, we may use it for account verification, security, service, and job notices related to your use of Voidly. Transactional email delivery may use a third-party provider, as described in our privacy policy. Keep your contact details current and review important notices before taking a wallet action.
