How to interpret the three sources

The country/domain API combines retained evidence with probe measurements from the last seven days. Its checked-in evidence query has no time filter; a response-generation timestamp does not date its last measurement. Source status is blocked when the flagged share is at least 70%, partial from 20%, otherwise accessible; no rows returns unknown.

The provider-policy wrapper may relabel a reachable AI domain as blocked and supply a vendor restriction flag plus raw network reachability. That policy layer is separate from network censorship. A missing provider flag does not verify eligibility. Domain access also does not prove signup, app use or model inference.

The probe endpoint reads previously stored 24-hour records globally; it does not run new probes. Total blocked records and reporting nodes are different units. Source attribution may be useful context but does not independently establish cause or a nationwide block.

The original country table uses the static ISP file, with its own generated date and period. It does not refresh from the domain API. Its legacy score, dates, complete matched ISP rows and source file remain accessible above.

Original collection descriptions name OONI, IODA, CensoredPlanet and Voidly probes. This is not a claim that every returned result includes all four sources. Full methodology · Model scope and evaluation.

Developer integration and original API reference

The original tool links single-domain and batch queries, country summaries, service views and ISP-level details. Each has its own coverage and returned fields; do not infer one endpoint’s data from another. Copying the reference does not execute a request.

The POST batch endpoint is a stored-data query in the checked-in handler. This preview does not submit it.
