How to read these measures

- Countries with evidence includes countries with measurements, including accessible observations. It does not count blocked countries.
- Composite score is an API index, not a calibrated probability or a confidence score. It includes the source’s block-rate, method-severity and probe-coverage inputs. No single score proves a nationwide block.
- Reported rate can reflect upstream adjustments. It may differ from blockedCount ÷ evidenceCount, including partial records with a nonzero rate but zero flagged evidence. Both values remain visible.
- Probe coverage is the source’s coverage input from observed probe nodes, not population or national ISP coverage. A zero may represent absent probe observations.
- Generated time dates a response. The APIs do not necessarily supply an observation window; no rolling-window or refresh-frequency claim is inferred.
