  1. download wireguard

    open app store → search "wireguard" → install (free)

  2. generate config

    go to voidly.ai/vpn → click [generate config]

  3. scan qr code

    open wireguard app → tap "+" → "create from qr code" → scan qr on screen

  4. name your tunnel

    give it a name (e.g., "voidly nyc") → tap "save"

  5. connect

    toggle switch to on → first time: allow vpn permission → connected

troubleshooting: if connection fails, disable "block untrusted networks" in wireguard settings.

symptoms: wireguard shows "handshake" but never connects

solutions:

  1. check your internet (turn vpn off, browse normally)
  2. try different node (regenerate config)
  3. disable ipv6 in wireguard settings
  4. check firewall/antivirus (whitelist wireguard)
  5. enable stealth mode (checkbox on VPN page)

symptoms: vpn connected but websites won't load

solutions:

  1. check dns settings (should be 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8)
  2. disable browser proxy settings
  3. clear browser cache and cookies
  4. try different browser
  5. regenerate config (old configs can expire)

symptoms: vpn works but internet is slow

solutions:

  1. try closer node (select manually on VPN page)
  2. disable stealth mode if not needed
  3. test baseline speed without vpn (10-20% slowdown is normal)
