Every 15 minutes a GitHub Action generates a fresh DID, claims the faucet, and hires every known provider — paying real Voidly credits, waiting for a receipt, verifying the returned hash locally. Results are committed to pay-health/ in the repo so the uptime record is tamper-evident.
