How Alerts Work
1. Subscribe
Pick a country and severity threshold. Provide a webhook URL.
2. Detect
Our ML pipeline scans OONI, CensoredPlanet, and IODA every 30 minutes.
3. Notify
When a matching incident is detected, we POST a signed JSON payload to your webhook.
